(1) There is a problem with your mobile number or city name in billing address.
Do't write +91 in phone number field, simply enter your 10 digit mobile number.
In the 'city field', enter only the city name, nothing else. The text in city field shouldn't be too long, and there shouldn't be any special characters like bracket, hyphen, or digits. For example, don't enter Thane (W), enter Thane West. Don't enter Delhi-110002, just enter Delhi.
(2) If you are abroad, you won't be able to place order through CCavenue because it's India based gateway. If IP address of your computer is not India based, you will see this error on Ccavenue. Please use separate checkout (through Paypal) available for foreign customers.
I just placed an order but didn't get confirmation email: We send confirmation email immediately when order is placed. If you've not got it, there must be a typo mistake in your email address. Most mistakes involve writing 'gmail.com' as 'gamil.com' or 'gnail.com' and so on. Contact us to correct the mistake and to resend order confirmation email.
